KENDALL J. BRADY
Ken Brady is a former Trademark Examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office and heads the firm’s intellectual property practice. Ken's practice focuses on Federal Trademark Prosecution, Federal Copyright Registration, intellectual property licensing, business formation, licensing, contract drafting, and litigation.
Ken understands that a business, whether long established or just starting out, depends on strong legal footing and powerful intellectual property protection to thrive in a highly competitive global market. Ken graduated summa cum laude from the American University Washington College of Law and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia, and practices before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
